Glad App (Chat and FAQs)

It should be easy for customers to get the answers they need throughout their shopping experience.

Our built-in chat tool, Sidekick, enables self-service so Customers don’t have to navigate off of the page to reference the information they’re looking for. Sidekick also gives Customers the option to directly contact an active Agent if they can’t find the info they need, or prefer direct assistance.
