Q. Is a Customer’s chat history saved in Glad App?

Chat history refers to the previous Chat Conversations of a Customer being available within the Glad App.

For authenticated users:

  • Chat history for iOS & Android SDKs is configurable. The default length of time when history is stored is 24 hours.
  • Chat history for Web JS SDK is not configurable and is set at 24 hours.

Otherwise, history is not stored and available to Customers.
