When using Gladly VoIP to call Customers, there are certain countries you may not be able to call by default based on geographic permissions for low and high-risk numbers. When calling a high-risk number, you’ll get a “call error” in Gladly. If you regularly call numbers in this country, have an Administrator or Manager contact Gladly Support to allow outbound calls to the country you are calling.
