If you only see a blank screen after you log in, this is typically caused by browser extensions that are preventing Gladly from loading. Firewalls, virus, and spyware software like McAfee and Norton can also interfere with Gladly’s ability to load all components and functions. Make sure you have these types of extensions disabled.
To see if the cause of the blank screen is an extension, open a browser tab in incognito mode and try to access Gladly again. If this works, you’ll need to see which extension is blocking Gladly. If it doesn’t, please work with your IT team.
To test if it’s a firewall, virus, or spyware software, you will need to temporarily disable those applications and retest logging into Gladly. If this works you will need to allow Gladly in these applications. For assistance on how to give Gladly access, you will need to work with your IT team.
