Disconnect phone numbers connected with WhatsApp. Inbound messages from disconnected numbers stop immediately. However, all previous communications from this account will remain visible in the Conversation Timeline.
- Click
on the top left corner of the screen. - Click Settings.
- Under the Channels category, click WhatsApp. The WhatsApp page will show you a list of WhatsApp accounts configured in Gladly.
- Hover over the phone number and click .
- Click Remove to confirm your request.
