What is the Innovation Partner Program #
It’s a specialized program that provides a small number of Customers early access to a feature. The goal is to collect as much insight and feedback as possible which we’ll use to ensure the feature we release is valuable, useable, and beneficial to you and your Customers. You’ll directly impact and influence how we design a feature and its functions before it’s made available to all Customers.
How to participate in the program #
Your CSM will reach whenever there’s a new feature we feel you would greatly benefit from. If you’d like to volunteer for any Innovation Partner Program release, reach out to your CSM or contact Gladly Support.
Not all features go through the Innovation Partner Program
The Innovation Partner Program is designed for large feature releases and may not include smaller feature updates. Please continue to monitor the Release Notes for all product updates. Not all Innovation Partner Program members have early access to features available in the program.
