Types of Liveboards #
There are three main types of Liveboards in Gladly:
- Summary – The Summary Liveboard gives you a high-level snapshot of your contact center’s overall performance.
- Agent – Lets you see which Agents are actively helping a Customer, what channel they are currently working on, and who’s Away.
- Topic – Provides real-time tracking of what Topics your Customers are talking about in Gladly.
- People Match – Provides real-time tracking of reaons Customers are being matched to specific Agents.
