Update a Freeform Topic’s name, which Agents see in the Topics menu in the Customer Profile.
- Click on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Orchestration category, click Freeform Topics. This will take you to the Freeform Topics page.
- From the Freeform Topics page, hover over the Freeform Topic you want to update, then click .
- Update the Display Name field to the new name.
- Click Save.
