Gladly Help

Gladly Administrators have great responsibilities. They are tasked with adding, creating, configuring, and managing settings that are important to keep Gladly operational. Administrators have complete access and permissions to make changes in Gladly which are located on the More Settings page.

1. Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click Settings.
3. This page contains most of the settings for Gladly features and functionality.

Review the Roles and Responsibilities table to better understand what each role can do in Gladly and what permissions you need to access certain features.
