Administrator Duties

Gladly Administrators have significant responsibilities. They are tasked with adding, creating, configuring, and managing necessary settings to keep Gladly operational. Administrators have complete access and permissions to make changes in Gladly, located on the Settings page.

1. Click on the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click Settings.
3. This page contains most of the settings for Gladly features and functionality.

Review the Roles and Responsibilities table to understand better what each role can do in Gladly and what permissions you need to access certain features.
