Proactive Email can send a maximum of eight emails per minute per Campaign, which is 40 emails every five minutes and equals 480 emails per hour. So if you have 500 recipients on a Campaign, it will take a little over an hour to send emails. This is done to prevent your emails from being tagged as spam and this limit cannot be changed. Also, if a specific outreach end date/time is configured, it’s possible that not everyone in your recipient list is messaged if the list is too large and it ends too soon considering the email send limits.
