The Payments by Agent report can help you understand the aggregated value of Chat Payments requests made by Agents from Customers.
How data in the report is measured #
The report is measured by the following:
Grouping
- Grouped by Agent.
Time Anchor
- Data is time anchored using the Date Payment Request.
Metrics used for the Payments by Agent report #
Metric | Description | Comments |
Agent Name or Email | Agent or Email who made the payment requests. | |
Total Amount (USD) | Total amount of the payment requests for a given time period. This amount includes all statuses (Completed, Declined, and Timed Out). | Amount is only in USD. |
How the Payments by Agent report is filtered #
Use these filters to modify the data in your report. Using a combination of filters will also provide more targeted results. You can learn more about filters here.
Date
- When filtering by date, the report will list all payment request attempts regardless of the payment status, whether completed, declined, or timed out.
How to use the Payments by Agent report #
The Payments by Agent report can provide multiple data points based on how you slice and dice the data. Below are a couple of examples:

How much did a particular Agent attempt to collect in credit card payment? | • Select the desired date/range • Click Download CSV Use the Agent Name or Email column and filter by Agent name or email. Add the Total Amount (USD) value to get the total. |

Correct. This report presents the value of all chat payment requests made regardless if they were accepted, declined, or if the request timed out. Use the Payment Summary report to view the statuses of payment requests made.
