Monitor #
Gladly operates in screen resolutions that are 1280px or wider. Smaller resolutions will work but may impact Agent productivity.
We suggest screens 1366×768 – 13.3-inch or larger for the best Gladly UI experience.
See the table below to get a sense of screen size/resolutions in the market. Generally speaking, the quality/sharpness of screens that have the same resolution (e.g., 15.6-, 14-, 13.3-, and 11.6-inch with a resolution of 1366X768) but in different sizes will vary. Smaller screens with the same resolution as the larger screens could have a “better” image quality since pixels are packed denser than larger screens.
