Scheduled reports setup cannot be edited once they are scheduled. This means you can’t change the report’s recipient (s) or delivery frequency. You must schedule another report with the new details and delete the old one.
Delete a report #
- Click on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Insights category, click Scheduled Reports. The page will display the list of reports that are currently scheduled. You can also use the search feature to find the report you want by Email Subject.
- To delete a scheduled report, hover your mouse over the report, then click . Click Delete Scheduled Report to confirm your request.
