Conversation transcripts cannot currently be retrieved through the Gladly UI but can be completed through the API. You can retrieve Conversation copies one at a time or in bulk.

Export Conversations in bulk #
See the developer guide links below to retrieve Conversation content in bulk regularly. Your organization is configured to generate these export files every 24 hours by default. Each export file is available for 14 days.
