Remailer allows multiple email addresses to appear as coming from the same address. For example, with remailer, inbound emails from [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] show as coming from [email protected]. With remailer configured, a single email can be ‘scattered’ across multiple Customer Profiles without causing information to be lost.
