When you create a Rule, you ask Gladly to create systematic actions that could create a domino effect that starts with one Rule and is followed by another, etc. This depends on how many Rules you have that are active.
There are times when a Rule might create a loop, for instance, by repeatedly doing the opposite of another Rule. In the case of Triggers evaluated every minute, loops could occur if the same criteria are met every minute. This is usually seen in the Conversation Timeline, like the illustration below.
When a loop is detected, you will see Rule was disabled due to looping in the Conversation Timeline. You should review the Rules that are creating the loop and look for Action(s) that might be causing it.
