Table of Contents
Cancel the subscription saved in the subscription Memory. Pending orders from prepaid subscriptions will be canceled and refunded.
Integrations Required #

- The integration leveraged to complete the cancellation of the Customer’s subscription (e.g. Recharge).
- Refund
- The integration leveraged to refund the Customer for any eligible charges (e.g. Recharge, Shopify).
Required Memories #

- This means the Look Up Subscription Action must be added prior to Cancel Subscription within the Thread Builder.
