SupporTrends integration with Gladly is built and maintained by SupporTrends.
Basic scope #
When a Conversation is closed in Gladly via API, SupporTrends detects this change, knowing when a Conversation is ready for analysis.
How the integration works #
A webhook listens for closed Conversations in Gladly. SupporTrends then read the Conversation data using Natural Language Processing to associate entities, verbs, and Topics with sentiments, speakers 
, and timings. Other endpoints are used to retrieve Conversation data.
