Before you start #
Review the following information before you connect Ordergroove to Gladly.
This is a two-part configuration process that must be done in sequential order. You must contact OrderGroove first to you the Ordergroove credentials, which are used to set up the integration in Gladly. Then, contact Gladly Support to add the Subscription card to the Customer Profile.
- Contact Ordergroove first to provide you with the following credentials since these are required to connect Ordergroove to Gladly:
- Ordergroove Merchant ID
- Ordergroove Hash Key
- API user in Ordergroove
- Ordergroove API User Token
- Contact Gladly Support to add the Ordergroove Subscriptions to the Customer Profile after connecting Ordergoove to Gladly.
Connect Ordergroove to Gladly #
From the Apps page, click Add App > Ordergroove.
- From the Add New Ordergroove App page, enter the following information:
- Name – Enter a name that will help you identify the Ordergroov instance.
- Ordergroove Merchant ID – Enter the Merchant ID Ordergroove provided.
- Ordergroove Hash Key – Enter the Hash Key Ordergroove provided.
- Ordergroove API User – Enter the API User ID Ordergroove provided.
- Ordergroove API User Token – Enter the API token provided by Ordergroove.
- Overwrite Existing Values – If activated and a Customer Profile is linked to a profile in Ordergroove, Gladly will overwrite the existing name, address, and editable custom attributes in the Customer Profile with data from Ordergroove.
- Click Save App. An error will appear if the required fields are not completed; they are highlighted in red. Complete the missing fields and click Save App again.
Next, contact Gladly Support to add the Subscription Card.
