The OrderGroove integration with Gladly is built and maintained by Gladly
Basic scope #
Ordergroove works as an extension of your e-commerce platform. Gladly automatically links the Gladly Customer Profile with an Ordergroove Customer (if one exists) after the integration is set up. You’ll see the number of subscriptions a Customer has from their Customer Profile.
The OrderGroove integration typically depends on the following:
- Ordergroove profiles are linked to an OMS.
- The externalCustomerId that profiles send back must match the customer ID in Ordergroove.
Once Ordergroove is connected to Gladly, the following details are displayed in the Customer Profile via the Subscription Transaction Card.

How the integration works #
As a pull-based integration, Gladly pulls Customer and product-level data from Ordergroove and displays them in the Customer Profile. Customer Profiles are automatically linked to matching accounts in Ordergroove.
