Who maintains the integration? #
The Jotform integration with Gladly is an out-of-the-box feature of Jotform. No coding is required.
Basic scope #
When you connect your Jotform form to a Gladly account, each form submission will appear as an email communication in Gladly.
How the integration works #
The integration is done using the Jotform FormBuilder. When you build your form, the only required attribute is the Customer’s email address. Once the form is set up and activated, Jotform submissions will appear as an email communication in Gladly in whichever inbox you’ve configured via Email Channel Entry Point and Rules settings.
