Disconnect Instagram Messaging if you no longer wish to receive Instagram Messages in Gladly.
- Click on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Channels category, click Instagram Messaging. The Instagram Messaging Accounts page will show you a list of Instagram Messaging accounts configured in Gladly.
- Hover over the Instagram Messaging account and click .
- Click Remove from the modal to confirm your request.
- Next, log into your company’s Meta account and go to the Meta Business Integrations page.
- Click View and Edit next to the Gladly application from the Active tab.
- From the modal that appears, scroll down to the bottom and click Remove.
