Disconnect Facebook Messenger if you no longer wish to receive Facebook Messages in Gladly.
- Click on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Channels category, click Facebook Pages. The Facebook Pages page will show you a list of Facebook Pages configured in Gladly.
- Hover over the Facebook account and click .
- Click Remove from the modal to confirm your request.
- Next, log into your company’s Facebook account and go to the Business Integrations page.
- Click View and Edit next to the Gladly application from the Active tab.
- From the modal that appears, scroll down to the bottom and click Remove.
