Gladly integrates with external platforms through two means:
- OOTB (Out Of The Box) integration (integrations built by Gladly)
- Custom Integration
OOTB (Out Of The Box) integration #
OOTB integrations require minimal effort to set up and maintain. We’ve done most of the “backend” technical work to connect with another system where you only need to configure a few more items to complete the setup. Most of the configuration is completed through the UI. Some of the OOTB integration partners we work with include:

Once added, apps display relevant Customer data in a Profile through Transaction Cards.
Custom integrations #
Custom integrations allow you to customize an integration further to suit your needs. This is typically accomplished through the use of:
