Answers Tips #
Create descriptive titles #
Write titles that are descriptive and non-cryptic. The titles should make it easy to presume the contents of the Answer. For example, General Policy for Returns and Refunds is a much more descriptive title than Refund/Return Policy.
Answer body #
Keywords
Be cognizant of how often you use a specific word (and the number of times it’s used in the body) in an Answer. For example, repeatedly using the word missing may influence the weighting of the search results along with existing keyword words that may include the word missing. Combined with other Answers that has missing in the title, this can again affect how Answers are prioritized.
Clearly format Answers
Write Answers clearly with proper formatting. Avoid lumping different information in one large paragraph. Break down content by section or headings.
