No. Proactive Voice can only provide generic messages. For example, it can’t call a Customer through an Campaign and say:
“Hi {CUSTOMER_NAME} your order is due to be delivered {DATE} between {TIMES}.” It can only provide a generic message.
Make sure that the recipients you add to a Campaign can hear the same message. You must create a separate Campaign and IVR for every Campaign (and recipient list) that you create.
