Before you start #

Review the following information before you connect Corso to Gladly.

  • This is a two-part configuration process that must be done in sequential order:
    • Collect your Signing Key and Corso API Key from Corso.
    • Connect Corso to Gladly and contact Gladly Support to activate the integration.

Because Corso created and managed this integration, the rest integration documentation can be found in their knowledge base.
