Get Your API tokens

Background #

API tokens are required to use the Gladly APIs for security and authentication purposes. These can be  created within the Gladly UI, for users who have the API User role.

Goals #

Have at least one technical admin log in to Gladly and create a token.

Step-by-Step Tutorial & Best Practices #

  1. Log in to Gladly.
  2. Click the menu icon on the top left, then click Settings.
  3. Under App Developer Tools, click on API token.
  4. Click Create Token. A new token is immediately generated within the page.
  5. Add a meaningful name to the token (optional). This is for reference only.
