Lookup Adaptor

The Gladly Lookup Adaptor is an extremely useful tool that searches and retrieves customer data. With the Gladly Lookup Adaptor enabled, Gladly customers are able to add and display useful Customer information in Gladly from external data sources, which allows Agents to get a deeper understanding of individual Customers and to take additional actions.
