As soon as you go live with Gladly, perform these verifications to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and your customer service does not have any interruptions.

Smoke test the following communication Channels immediately after launch:

  • Voice and IVR
  • SMS
  • Email
  • Glad App (chat)
  • Social Channels (Facebook, , Instagram, WhatsApp)

Verify integrations (e.g., Shopify, Lookup Adaptor, Klaviyo) 

Ensure that the expected data from your integrations are showing up as expected in Gladly. Check a few profiles to validate this.
