Set Up Shopify Integration for Sidekick

Before you start #

Review the following information before you connect Shopify with Gladly Sidekick.

• Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.

Connect Shopify to Gladly Sidekick #

1. Log in to the Shopify App Store.
2. Find the app by searching ‘Thankful’ in the search box.
3. On the app listing page, click Add app.
4. To authorize the use of the app, click Install app in your Shopify admin.
5. Once the app has been installed, you can view and use it from the Apps page in your Shopify admin.

Configure Shopify within Sidekick Dashboard #

After the app is installed via Shopify, the integration will populate within your Sidekick dashboard. To view and customize your Shopify integration:

1. Click Integrations from the main menu.
2. Scroll to the eCommerce section where you will see the Shopify integration populate.
3. Click Customization.
4. If your Shopify store prefixes order numbers, add the prefix in the Order Number Prefix field.
5. Click Save.
