Set Up Shipstation Integration for Sidekick

Before you start #

Review the following information before you connect Shipstation with Gladly Sidekick.

• Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
• You will need the following credential in order to complete the Shipstation integration:
  • API Key
  • API Secret

Connect Shipstation to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard #

1. Retrieve the API Key and API Secret for your Shipstation instance.
2. Click Integrations from the main menu.
3. Scroll to the Shipping section.
4. Click + Shipping Integration.
5. Select Shipstation from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
6. Find the newly populated Shipstation integration. Click Authorization.
7. Input the API Key into the field.
8. Input the API Secret into the field.
9. Click Save.
