Set Up DHL Integration for Sidekick

Before you start #

Review the following information before you connect DHL with Gladly Sidekick.

• Ensure you are logged into the Sidekick Dashboard. Contact Gladly Support with a P4 designation if you need assistance logging into the dashboard.
• You will need the following credentials in order to complete the DHL integration:
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret

Connect DHL to Gladly Sidekick within the Sidekick Dashboard #

1. Gather the required credentials listed above (Client ID, Client Secret).
2. Click Integrations from the main menu.
3. Scroll to the Carrier section.
4. Click + Carrier Integration.
5. Select DHL eCommerce from the drop-down menu and click Add Integration.
6. Input the Client ID and Client Secret in the DHL eCommerce integration fields.
7. Click Save.
