For Customers looking at the status of their order through a WISMO Thread, the text color of the order tracking URL as well as the border color when hovering over the Manage Order button uses the Help App Chat Launcher color picker on the Glad App Configuration page.

|• The tracking URL appears underlined on hover.
• If the Help App Chat Launcher color is #FFF (white), Gladly will automatically use the fallback hex color #00000 (black) to ensure visibility.
|• The Manager Order button appears with a border color upon hover.
While you can change the color, keep in mind that the Help App Chat Launcher setting is primarily used to set the help app chat launcher color.
Quick Reply button colors #
The color set in Help App Chat Launcher is the same color used as the button border color for Quick Reply buttons. If the color is set to #FFF (white), Gladly will automatically use the fallback hex color #E3E3E3 (gray) to ensure visibility.
Order status font #
Order status [A] and Quick Reply button [B] fonts are controlled by the Font 2 setting on the Glad App configuration page.
