Edit a Thread to make changes like updating the email address where authentication emails come from, updating the automated text Customers reply to, or changing the button text Customers interact with on a Thread.
- Click the menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Orchestration category, click Self-Service Threads.
- Hover over the Thread in question and click the pencil icon to the right of the Thread.
- Proceed to make your updates and click Save.
