Disconnect Twitter Direct Messaging if you no longer wish to receive Twitter Direct Messages in Gladly.
Before you start #
Before you disconnect Twitter Direct Messaging, we recommend that you first review the following:
- Make sure you have access to your company’s Twitter Direct Messages account.
Disconnect Twitter Direct Messages #
- Contact Gladly Support and let the team know which Twitter Direct Messaging account to disconnect and what day you want the disconnection to occur.
- The Support Team will notify you when this Twitter Direct Messaging account is disconnected. You’ll stop receiving Twitter Direct Messages from the account at this point.
- If you’d like, you can deactivate any Inboxes associated with this Twitter Direct Messaging account if it remains unused.
- Next, log into your company’s Twitter Direct Messaging account and go to Settings > Privacy.
- From the Privacy page, click Apps and Sessions, then Connected Apps.
- Select the Gladly app and click Revoke app permissions.
