If you’re currently using a Lookup Adaptor to pull and display Customer and order details from a non-OOTB OMS (e.g., Salesforce Commerce, homegrown OMS, etc.) in Gladly, you must include a set of attributes in your Lookup Adaptor that Gladly would support so the Lookup Adaptors return the proper Order Transaction details. Do this before you create a WISMO Thread.

You can connect any OMS to Gladly and display order data, shipment information, and more by building a Lookup Adaptor.
You don’t need to add all the fields detailed below. Still, including more (if not all) non-required fields create a richer experience for Customers (if the information is available) and increase the likelihood of Customers’ helping themselves.
