Update Subscription

Select the subscription integrations and add the Pause Subscription Sub-Action. This Action updates subscription Memory.

  • The integration leveraged to locate the Customer’s subscription (e.g. Recharge).
• Customer List
  • The integration leveraged to locate the Customer (e.g. Shopify).
• Subscription Orders List
  • The integration leveraged to locate the specific subscription order (e.g. Recharge, Shopify).

Pause Subscription #

Pause the Customer’s subscription for one interval of their subscription term.

  • This means that the Look Up Subscription Action must be added prior to the Update Subscription Action within the Thread Builder.
