Build Resilience, Reduce Stress
Course Details
Kylie Bell, a leadership development expert discusses fascinating research by Dr Elissa Epel that demonstrates how telomeres in our chromosomes actually shorten in response to repeated or chronic stress. Although aging naturally shortens our chromosomes, resilient people are biologically younger than those who succumb to stress. Resilience is therefore linked to better health. You should be motivated to process stress more constructively, and in doing so, this helps you perform better and develop more robust responses to situations.
